Sorry for the delay in replying to your comment, but I went shopping in Edinburgh and couldn't get back to the Isle of Skye for two days as the snow blocked the road!

I think there is a story to tell about this shot and the last shot.the barn was set up for a portrait session, the flowers and the bike were props.cannot work out were the donkey comes in.after the shot you get the model a taxi home.after looking at the shots of the model you decide the shots of the barn and the taxi were better than the model.ps great shots.
David from the Hebrides: Thank you, Michael- you came closest to the truth!! smile They are props,(including the donkey!) but for a period film I was working on.

What a curvaceous Mercedes Benz and lovely tones too.

I like the way the ancient ruins are almost incidental to the picture 'of a taxi'.
David from the Hebrides: How astute, Ellie- Now write a short story- why is this old Mercedes more relevant than wonderful examples or Roman architecture?! smile

Strong narrative. Could be a still from an Italian Neo-Realist film. Impressive!
David from the Hebrides: Thanks for the parallel, Dave! And the compliment too- I usually try for some story-telling quality in images if poss.
