LEWISIAN GNEISS No 52

The numbering system I am using may fill you with dread at the thought of how many more there might be! Don't panic. Here are Gneiss rocks on the Atlantic coastline, where a stream, coloured by the peaty soil it passes through, meets the sea.

This is great. The combination of stones, sand, water and light is perfect..

Everything in this seems to move David
Works for me David.

This one's very luscious and these stones seem almost alive.
It also reminds me of Harris Tweed.....
A beautiful shot!
What an excellent image, so much to sit back and look at.
